Brattvåg Elektro AS was founded in 1933 and is located in one of the most innovative maritime clusters, at the north-western coast of Norway. The company has therefore been able to establish strong relations with some of the world’s leading shipyards and ship-owners. Brattvåg Elektro has close to 90 employees and is a full-range electro supplier.

Brattvåg Elektro has extensive experience in electrical outfitting of advanced vessels, counting more than 150 new-buildings. The company performs installations and services to:

High-quality services
The Marine&Offshore department has an experienced serviceteam that operates worldwide. The team is specialized in; engineering, contracting, electrical installation, service, repair-, and maintenance work.

The company also performs; EX-installations, system design, supervising of electrical systems, and electro-thermography. The thermographers are certified by DNV.

Switchboard workshop
Brattvåg Elektro has its own workshop that offers a range of products, mainly fitted in ships and in maritime- and offshore equipment such as; main switchboards, emergency switchboards, servo aggregates, motor control centers, motor starters, subsea distributions, control panels, control cabinets, crane cabins, and PLC solutions.

FAT (Factory acceptance test) can be delivered for any classification society. The workshop is also authorized for building EX equipment for hazardous areas.

HSEQ
Brattvåg Elektro’s number one priority is to ensure the safety and health of the employees. Therefore, the company works systematically to prevent accidents at work. Brattvåg Elektro has also implemented a Quality Management System and an Environmental Management System, and is certified according to the ISO standards.
