Olvondo Industries is a partner in contract manufacturing for complete production process of products. Olvondo has a long tradition of bringing through products from procurement to assembly and test. The 8000 m2 modern factory, crane capacity up to 75 Tons and access to deep water quay gives an efficient process within customer quality, delivery and cost requirements.
Pilot Production and testing
Olvondo offers pilot production and testing to bring forward a product to industrialization phase.
Engineering and procurement
Olvondo offer various engineering services upon demand from customers. We deliver project management, design and construction services.
Machine shop and weld clad
Olvondo has modern CNC machine centers for milling and turning. Although not limited to, Olvondo specialty is machining of heavy components. Machining centers take up to 50 tons components and all have palette systems available. This makes it flexible to fast change-overs giving customers the best lead times and priorities.
Olvondo has weld clad machines available and is consequently building needed weld procedures for all needed materials.
Assembly and test
Olvondo has facilities for assembly and test of products consisting of 2 separate assembly halls with 60 and 75 Ton lifting capacity and 9 meter lift heights. The multi skilled operators offer services as mechanic work, piping, welding, instrumentation and hydraulics. Full scale test of products is in scope in line with customer requirements.
Typical service may be overhaul of equipment for Subsea and down hole, topside and drill floor. The site has perfect location on the west coast of Norway and deep water quay in direct connection with the factory.
NDT and quality control
Olvondo has level 3 cooperation with a third party and level 2 certified inspectors in several NDT methods.
